Before continuing with the next steps, please check your unit is still in warranty. If so, please call our Technical Support line for a Warranty Seal code to ensure your warranty stays valid – if you do not do this, your warranty will be void.
Unplug the power cable from the unit.
Use a screwdriver to remove the two screws from the sides and underneath the unit to remove the lid.
See image below for the reset button diagram.
Please have the power cable to hand as you need to hold down the reset button AND insert the power cable into the unit at the same time - this will Factory Default your unit.
